How it works

New generation

New-generation air purification technology

Powerful, safe, low maintenance

Most so-called ‘air purifiers’ rely on filters alone, resulting in less-than-satisfactory outcomes. High-maintenance air filters have to be changed every 3 to 6 months. And during this process, the pollutants and toxic contaminants that have built up on the filter are released into the air. Air Oasis’ patent-pending Nano Nickel HCT catalyst  simply works by releasing a blanket of friendly negative ions. These harmlessly disinfect the airborne microbial particulates that settle on surfaces.

PCO air purifier buyers beware

Many imitation air sanitisers on the market claim to use PCO (Photocatalytic Oxidation) technology. Most of these use cheap, readily available titanium dioxide (TiO2) – often the white pigment in house paint – as a sole catalyst. Used in conjunction with an inferior UV light they often produce toxic and sometimes carcinogenic by-products, due to incomplete decomposition of VOCs. These include formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, formic acid and acetic acid.

Oxidising and ionising benefits from nature

Air Oasis’ proprietary patent pending 5-metal Nano catalyst combines with a superior, long-life germicidal 254nm UVC lamp to comprehensively cover your indoor space with sanitising, environmentally friendly negative ions. There are no chemicals or harmful by-products involved. As shown in preliminary results from West Texas A&M University , using Air Oasis air hygiene technology has resulted in huge reductions in formaldehyde and other VOCs, plus significant odour reduction.
